How would you use bronfenbrenner's ecological theory to develop an alcoholism recovery program?

Steps of alcoholism recovery?
I think I may be an alcoholic. I've been drinking a lot lately and it seems like any time something goes wrong, even a stupid little thing, I think about drinking.I always hear people say " The first step is admitting you have a problem." and I've done that, but I don't know where to go from there.By the way, AA isn't an option

The first step to alcoholism recovery is admitting you have a problem. Really?
Let me try to ask this one again, since the answers i got before were retarded.I'm asking, because the saying seems like a catch 22. I DON'T actually have a drinking problem. but does that make me an alcoholic because i deny it? well in that case i should say i DO have a drinking problem....oh wait....D'OH wow i didn't realize there were so many prohibitionists in Y lol...you guys are douchebags some of your answers proves my point. you keep telling me i have a problem. i don't even drink ROFLMAO YMLAC you come off to me as a person that is so quick to judge others. get off your high horse you self righteous do gooder. that goes for many of you clowns.lymac or whatever your name is i can see you try to justify your stupid statements with pluck from air statistics. very believable

Trying to find a forum/chat dealing with alcoholism/recovery?
I am trying to quit drinking, I would like to find a good NON 12 STEP forum chat support group or counseling, anyone know of any? I can't seem to find one. Thank you so much.
